More than one million dollars in legal fees was spent on just one transaction for a local school district. Did taxpayers get their money's worth or did the county school board just not ask enough questions?

A FOX 5 I-Team looks at school bonds in Douglas County. A school bond is similar to a loan, except they are worth millions of dollars and go toward building schools.

To pull off school bonds properly, both bankers and lawyers are needed.
