COLLEGE PARK, Ga. - Officials at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport are investigating reports of smoke inside Concourse A after a train malfunctioned Wednesday afternoon.
An airport official tells FOX 5 that a train in the A concourse is not moving due to the investigation, and that the malfunctioning train is belived to have caused the smoke.
An Atlanta Fire spokesperson says it is believed that a shoe collector on one of the cars of the train was the source of the smoke, and the immediate area was evacuated.
No injuries have been reported, and no significant damage was done.
