GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (MyFOX ATLANTA) - Two former Gwinnett County police officers turned themselves in Thursday. The men face felony charges after being accused of misusing money earmarked for the police department.
Investigators said Gwinnett County Police Lieutenant David Butler and Officer Vinnie Hardin misused a department credit card.
Butler turned himself in Thursday and Hardin bonded out of jail.
