DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - A DeKalb County fire captain who lost his job after a fatal blaze will now get his position back. On Friday, DeKalb County released a report saying the decision to fire Sell Caldwell had been reversed.

The decision stems from a January fire at a home on Houghton Court in Dunwoody.

Firefighters who were responding to the first 911 call said they found no sign of a blaze.

More than five hours later, and after more calls for help, firefighters returned to the scene and started battling the flames. After the fire was out, they discovered the body of 74-year-old Ann Bartlett.

Four firefighters were terminated after the fire, and three of them have gotten their jobs back.
