ATLANTA - A man accused of killing a grocery store owner in southwest Atlanta awaits his first court appearance.

Oderrick Boone -- 26-years-old -- was captured in New York Monday.

The 26-year-old is accused of last week's stabbing death of a southwest Atlanta corner store owner.

Last Thursday 66-year-old Baik Song was killed inside his Southern Supermarket.

The crime shook the community on Westview Drive -- setting off prayer vigils for the man they called Papa. Customers say Song would extend credit to people who were short on cash.

Police say Boone is the man in surveillance video -- shot right before the crime took place.

The FBI arrested Boone Monday in Syracuse, New York where he awaits extradition back to Georgia. Police say Boone will have a hearing in Syracuse before being returned to Atlanta.
