Security Guard Killed in Spa Shooting

ATLANTA - Atlanta police are looking for the gunman wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at a northeast Atlanta massage parlor.

Shots rang out at the Gold Spa on Piedmont Road at Interstate 85.

The shooting about 1:30am Monday was outside the spa when the security guard -- who was not identified -- went out to investigate a suspicious person behind the business.

Police Lt. Keith Meadows said the guard died from a gunshot to the chest.

A witness told police they heard the gunfire, then went out to the back of the building and saw the security guard.

Investigators haven't said anything about a motive or if they have any suspects.
