Peachtree Road Race: Tony Lewis' Race

ATLANTA (MyFOX ATLANTA) - The Peachtree Road Race will have 55,000 runners with 55,000 reasons for taking part in the race Saturday.

Tony Lewis will run his first Peachtree Road Race this weekend.

Lewis will participate in the race after months of chemotherapy, two stem cell transplants, 22 bone marrow procedures, numerous transfusions, three vertebral surgeries, four bouts of skin cancer and dialysis.
