ROSWELL, Ga. (MyFOX ATLANTA) - Roswell fire crews rescued a man stranded in several feet of water at Vickory Creek Monday. Authorities said someone was swinging from a rope and fell about 12 feet into the water.
Investigators said the man was trying to do a flip off of a rope over the creek and had a mishap.
Rescues responded to the scene and treated the man for face lacerations and a possible concussion. The man was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
This is the second rescue at Vickory Creek in less than a week.
