ATLANTA - Atlanta-native and rapper Ludacris is giving back to Georgians hit hard by the state's record flooding last month -- giving coats to kids at area elementary schools.
Many of the kids at Austell Intermediate and their parents had a rough start to the school year. Some of the families lost everything in the recent floods.
Ludacris and his foundation provided free winter coats for the children of the families who sufferd the most during the recent floods.
"I wanted to see through it myself -- personally -- that we make sure we get all the supplies to the right families, the families who were impacted the most," said Ludacris.
Ludacris and his foundation made appearances at Austell Intermediate and Compton Elementary.
