Lilburn Couple Arrested for Drug Fraud

LILBURN, Ga. - A Lilburn couple remains in the Gwinnett County Jail for allegedly running a prescription drug fraud.

Robert Humbert and his girl friend Stephanie Martin, face several charges, after police said they phoned in fraudulent prescriptions.

Police said they allegedly targeted a physician's office on U.S. Highway 29 in Lilburn -- phoning in fraudulent prescriptions for one another without the physicians knowing about it.

The drugs involved in the alleged fraud were Lortab and Xanax, said police.
