FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. (MyFOX ATLANTA) - After reading an audit of its elections office, Forsyth County Commissioners came to one conclusion: ask the Justice Department to investigate.

The commission reached that decision after auditors found problems within the elections division.

Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell talked at length with the man at the center of the controversy.

Auditors, from Sawyer and Company, examined the entire workings of the Forsyth County government, but it is the findings in the Voter Registration Office that led to a call for the Justice Department to step in.
