In an unusual move, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation director filed a judicial complaint against a well-known judge.
The complaint alleges the judge violated judicial ethics by repeatedly cursing at law enforcement officers in her private chambers.
The judicial code of conduct says a judge should be patient, dignified and courteous.
But the GBI director, Vernon Kennan complained that didn't happen back in February when Judge Cook Graham cursed at two of his agents.
The complaint says the judge did so, after learning her name surfaced in an interview with a drug informant.
