It will be a solemn procession in north Georgia Tuesday afternoon as the body of Army specialist Ryan King is moved from the Clarke Funeral Home in Hiram to the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
That will be the final resting place for the 22-year-old Dallas Native who was killed in Afghanistan.
People lined the route to honor the fallen soldier.
He was one of three who were killed when their base was attacked with small arms fire and rocket propelled grenades.
Family members described King as a regular guy who liked hanging out with his cousins.
