Former Alpharetta Teacher Arrested on Porn Charges

RINGGOLD, Ga. - A former teacher is in custody for allegedly attempting to have sex with a child.
FBI officials say Richard Williams -- 47-years-old -- was arrested Monday after he allegedly traveled to Ringgold in an effort to have sex with a minor child.
Officials say Williams caught the the attention of law enforcement agents during online conversations over the internet.
Williams is being held in the Catoosa County Jail and is charged with attempted aggravated assault and computer pornography.
