FBI agents in Atlanta said they are on the lookout for a bank robber they have dubbed the "grand-dad bandit."
FBI officials said the senior citizen has robbed at least nine banks. Locations include Houston: April 10, Atlanta: April 29, Roanoke: May 29, Little rock: July 3,
Dallas: July 24, Birmingham: August 21, Syracuse: September 22, Atlanta: October 2 and Tallahassee: October 16.
A nationwide alert was released Wednesday. Officials hope it will help lead to the suspect's arrest.
Stephen Emmett of the FBI said witnesses describe the suspect as between 50 - 60 years old, between 6' and 6'4' tall and weighing approximately 220 to 250 lbs. The suspect is described as having a stocky build, balding with short gray hair onthe side.
There is a $10,000 reward being offered by law enforcement.
