There were bizarre and frightening new details Monday night about the Tyler Perry stalking case. A Cobb County woman was jailed and charged with harassing the Atlanta filmmaker. The emails behind the allegations were released.
Dawne Wilson was arrested Wednesday for aggravated stalking outside Perry's Atlanta production studios. Wilson had been an unwelcome visitor at the studios before.
According to a restraining order obtained by TMZ , Wilson started contacting Perry by computer "in a menacing manner" in March of 2008. The restraining order said communications caused Perry "apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury.
The restraining order said Wilson sent another email in April of 2008 that said, "You need to check your heart condition because it is filled with murder. Your love has been but costly and deadly. Murder I say is the verdict."
Wilson continued, "Why do you insist on assisting the devil?"
Wilson was taken into custody after showing up at Perry's recording studio last Wednesday, in violation of the restraining order.
