DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - The owner of the two dogs that attacked a little girl is expected to surrender to DeKalb County police.

The department's animal cruelty unit has secured an arrest warrant against Twyann Vaughn.

Investigators said last week, her dogs attacked 8-year-old Erin Ingram.

The girl has had several surgeries since then and she's lost part of her left arm.

Vaughn faces one misdemeanor count of reckless conduct.
