Cheerleader Accused of Robbing Child

ATLANTA - A Sprayberry High School cheerleader is in jail after police said she robbed a child in a wheelchair.

Officers said 17-year-old Chelsea Steele stole a box containing nearly $150 from the child -- who was selling t-shirts and hats in Marietta.

It happened over the holiday weekend at a neighborhood pool party on Sandy Plains Road.

Officers said afterwards, Steele hopped in a car and fled with several other girls.

They're also being charged, but police haven't released their names because of their age.
