Fulton County Police said Tuesday they have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of a repossession man.
The suspect -- 29-year-old Justin Moore -- was arrested Tuesday morning.
Police said at around 9 a.m. Moore was spotted in a car by the Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force.
When Moore realized they were on to him, he jumped out and police chased him on foot. At one point, Moore ran to a creek and got in it.
After a long chase, Moore was captured at 3900 Flat Shoals Pkwy in DeKalb County, police said.
Moore is accused of fatally shooting 27-year-old Brandon Thomas and wounding his partner while they were trying to repossess Moore's car in Fairburn last week.
Moore is being questioned by police.
