Accused Eavesdropper Faces More Charges

The Marietta nurse accused of videotaping women at doctor's offices is back in jail.

Paul Serdula was arrested again Monday night on new charges.

Police said Sedula is facing aggravated sodomy charges involving a minor.

Last week, Cobb County police arrested 47-year-old Paul Serdula and said he has hundreds of victims, and most of them probably don't know they were abused.

On Wednesday, investigators secured a warrant for 47-year-old Paul Serdula of Marietta, Georgia accusing him of setting up a recording device in the female bathroom of a dental office on Galleria Parkway in Atlanta.

Investigators said the recording device, which was set up in the bathroom, was removed as evidence.

Police said they confiscated hundreds of videos and investigators said they tapes revealed inappropriate criminal conduct against patients who were under anesthesia at various medical and dental facilities.

Police are asking those who believe they may have been a victim to contact the Cobb County Police Department .
