Twenty years ago, Slow Food was virtually unknown. And now the farm-to-table movement which focuses on the absense of processing is the cornerstone of some of the city's finest dining spots. In celebration of the Slow Food Movement's 20th anniversary, Chef Bruce Logue of La Pietra Cucina will join us. His restaurant is hosting a dinner, A Slow Taste of Tuscany next Wednesday, November 18th.
